Aquest video és molt llarg, quasi una hora! Però és extraordinari, d'una humanitat exquisita. Per aquells que no coneixeu la meditació és una magnífica forma de veure què és i perquè pot servir. Molt recomanable!! I dono gràcies al Toni i la Glòria que me l'han fet descubrir.

Què passa amb el pseudònim de Siddharta? De molt jove, molt abans de conèixer el Budisme, el "Siddharta" de Hermann Hesse em va impressionar molt. Llavors, quan vaig engegar el blog, no sabia quin nom posar i una persona molt propera em va suggerir el nom de Siddharta. I aquí està.

S'ha de tenir paciència per mirar el vídeo. Però per a mi va valdre la pena!
